Company Introduction
Forthright Financial Holdings Company Limited was incorporated in August 2015 and is headquartered in Hong Kong, China. Over a decade of development, the Company has upheld its development philosophy of technology-driven growth, global vision and professionalism, and established a full-licensed, full-ecosystem financial services platform covering global securities and futures trading, asset management, wealth management, insurance brokerage and virtual assets.
On 6 January 2026, the Company completed the wholly-owned acquisition of JF Financial. Relevant entities under its core brand Forthright Financial Holdings (Forthright Securities, Forthright Capital) hold Hong Kong SFC Type 1/2/4/5/9 Licences, covering overseas businesses including securities, futures, investment advisory and asset management. Subsequent to the acquisition, Forthright Financial Holdings became the wholly-owned overseas platform of Jiufang Zhitou Holdings, jointly building an integrated financial services ecosystem connecting mainland China and overseas markets.
