Forthright Securities Company Limited (“Forthright Securities”) was established in Hong Kong in August 2015. As a new generation internet broker, it offers three core services—dedicated investment advice, in-depth research and AI-powered investing—and provides global securities and futures brokerage services to individual and institutional investors. The company is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (CE No. BGP713) to conduct Type 1, 2, 4 and 5 regulated activities. In May 2026, its licence conditions were upgraded to include virtual asset-related services. Its capital markets capabilities include Hong Kong IPO underwriting, international placements and capital market intermediary services. It has acted as an underwriter, joint bookrunner, placing agent and overall coordinator in listings and placements, including projects for China Feihe and 集海资源. In July 2026, it opened a four-storey flagship investment experience space in Sheung Wan, strengthening its integrated online and offline services. That year, it received the “Outstanding New Generation Internet Broker” award at the Hong Kong Economic Journal Financial Services Excellence Awards 2026. Driven by AI and investment advice, Forthright Securities aims to understand clients better, deliver faster services and provide stronger research.

Forthright SmartInvest

Forthright SmartInvest is a one-stop intelligent investment platform operated by Forthright SmartInvest Company Limited, a subsidiary of Forthright Financial Holdings Limited. Trading and licensed financial services are provided by its sister company, Forthright Securities (SFC CE No. BGP713). Formerly known as the Forthright Hong Kong & US Stocks App, the platform was upgraded and renamed in September 2025. In 2026, the company launched the Forthright AI Stock Terminal, bringing institutional-grade research and analysis to individual investors in Hong Kong.

Guided by “Forthright For the Smart”, the platform combines AI technology with professional research across market monitoring, price tracking, decision support and strategy trading. Its features include AI research, a 24-hour AI investment assistant, intelligent market alerts, AI stock analysis and investment strategies. It supports round-the-clock global market monitoring, high-speed Level-2 quotes and quantitative strategy trading across Hong Kong and US stocks, ETFs, futures and IPO subscriptions. Fast account opening, multi-currency exchange and AI risk alerts are also available. Users can connect with nearly 40 leading global asset managers to build a global portfolio.

Forthright Capital

Forthright Capital Management Limited (“Forthright Capital”) was established in September 2014 as an asset manager focused on secondary markets. It is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (CE No. BEL626) for Type 1, 4 and 9 regulated activities. Forthright Capital provides asset management services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, covering global equities, bonds, ETFs, commodities, public funds and private funds. Its services include discretionary portfolio management and private investment advice. In May 2026, its Type 9 licence was upgraded to permit virtual asset-related asset management services for professional investors.

With professional research and tailored client services at its core, the company manages the full strategy lifecycle, from selecting investments and validating investment theses to managing positions. For cross-border high-net-worth clients, it provides allocation solutions that connect immigration planning and wealth growth with Hong Kong’s New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (New CIES). Forthright Capital received the “Securities Asset Management Subsidiary of the Year 2025” award at the Economic Observer Asset Management Summit 2025.

Forthright Wealth

Forthright Wealth Management Limited (“Forthright Wealth”) is the insurance brokerage company of Forthright Financial Holdings. On 6 January 2026, JF SmartInvest Holdings Limited (stock code: 9636.HK) completed its acquisition of the entire equity interest and core information systems of JF Financial Company Limited. Following completion, the target group companies became wholly owned by JF SmartInvest Holdings. Forthright Wealth is an insurance broker licensed by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority (Insurance Intermediary Licence No. FB1459) for general and long-term business, including linked long-term business.

It provides insurance brokerage services to individuals, families and businesses. Based on clients’ protection needs, financial objectives, risk tolerance and suitability assessments, it helps compare life, critical illness, medical, savings, education and retirement insurance solutions, as well as MPF-related services.

The company can arrange products from different insurers. Available products depend on the scope of authorisation, product availability and applicable regulatory requirements at the time. Coverage, insured amounts, premiums, claims arrangements, non-guaranteed benefits and investment returns are subject to policy terms, underwriting results and the insurer’s final approval. Clients with securities, asset management or virtual asset-related needs may be referred to the group’s appropriately licensed companies: Forthright Securities (Types 1, 2, 4 and 5) and Forthright Capital (Types 1, 4 and 9). Both are authorised to provide virtual asset-related services, subject to applicable regulations, licence scope and client eligibility.
